Church members often feel unequipped to respond to emotionally-complex ministering situations. Well-intentioned efforts can come across as minimizing, prescriptive, or emotionally distant.
I designed a microlearning course in Articulate Rise that trains learners to respond with presence, emotional validation, and resource-guided support without trying to fix or preach.
I was the sole designer and developer, responsible for scripting, scenario flow, interactive logic, content writing, instructional strategy, and course build.

Church employees in the Welfare Department weren't meeting compliance standards in areas such as documentation and pest control.
I designed courses in Articulate Storyline to simulate an immersive experience to help employees practice compliance standards and get immediate feedback.
I was the sole designer and developer, responsible for scripting, scenario flow, interactive logic, content writing, instructional strategy, and course build. On the documentation course, I designed the visuals. On the pest control course, I coordinated with a graphic designer to create accurate portrayals of the environment.
